The original boiler house of the Quenzer brewery has retained its industrial charm and does not deny its origins. As you walk through the rooms, you repeatedly come across old interiors and are transported to times already past. The former boiler room and the old control room are now a guest room and can be hired for celebrations.
For those who like to enjoy the summer outside, the Kesselhaus has a terrace.
"Wir sind Schwaben" ("We are Swabians") is the motto of the Kesselhaus. The small but exquisite, regional and yet surprising menu invites you to enjoy the changing dishes. There is something for everyone, whether Maultaschen or Käsespätzle, the Zwiebelrostbraten, fish or vegetarian dishes, homemade ice cream or cheese.
