From Maultaschen in different variations to our renowned Zwiebelrostbraten and vegetarian delicacies such as ribbon noodles in grilled vegetables - we have something for every taste.

Regional quality products are always important to us: We get most of our vegetables from the greengrocer Mistele in Dettingen, our meat from selected partners in the region and our sausage from the Haas country butchery in Dettingen. The eggs for our homemade spaetzle are delivered from the Aussiedlerhof Schanz in Römerstein-Donnstetten.
